18-week classes
400-hours of hands-on externship training offered at our affiliated clinical sites

Saturday mornings - January 9, 2027, through May 8, 2027.

Classes will meet once a week on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Pottstown Hospital.
The curriculum includes 24 chapters and six tests

Saturday afternoons - January 9, 2027, through May 8, 2027.

Classes will meet once a week on Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Pottstown Hospital.
The curriculum includes 24 chapters and six tests

Monday evenings - January 11, 2027, through May 10, 2027.

Classes will meet once a week on Mondays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Pottstown Hospital.
The curriculum includes 24 chapters and six tests

Please review the following program requirements:

Materials: You are responsible for purchasing your own books.
- HSPA CRCST Textbook and Workbook, 9th Edition (Boxed Set)
Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Course Completion: The course must be successfully completed within 18 weeks. Failure to do so will result in a failing grade and the forfeiture of the externship opportunity.
Externship: Upon successful completion, 400 hours of externship training will be offered.
Attendance and Conduct: You must be punctual and strictly adhere to the attendance policy during your training.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for commuting to your externship and hands-on training sites.
Compliance and Clearances: You must submit all required background and medical clearances for vetting before starting your externship.
